Dear Government,
You all really need to do some repenting, all you see in your eyes is M O N E Y, you don't care about how others feel, all you know is RULES,MONEY,LAW,FINE. Government ah government, i'm starting to hate you more and more.
I got fined by NEA (National Environment Agency), you guys sent me a letter with a number to call for further clarifications, good, i appreciate that, but hell when i call that main office to check if that number was even working, it's not! Hell, if you changed numbers, why don't you even send me another letter, do you freaking know that if my due date is up, it's not$200 fine i'm paying, it may be even more. What the hell were you thinking ?
I went down to NEA building to apply for an appeal from uncompounded to compounded.
(Btw, uncompounded means you can't pay for the fine, until it's compounded) Ok, so i went 1 month ago, you told me you will send me a reply letter in 1 week's time, but it's about 3 weeks now, where the H E L L is the letter. Are you guys really SO BUSY with FINES and MONEY that you can't even send a fucking letter ?
And fuck you, in the fucking first place, JUST FUCKING LET ME PAY FOR THE FINES LAR, WHY THE HELL MUST YOU MAKE IT UNCOMPOUNDED AND STILL HAVE TO FUCKING TROUBLE PEOPLE TO APPLY TO COMPOUNDED SO PEOPLE CAN PAY, WHAT ? NOT EVERYONE IS FUCKING FREE LIKE YOU, STILL DAMN FUCKING MONEY FACE BASTARDS, GST,TAX ALL THESE NOT ENUFF ? STILL WANT FINE US ? FUCK YOU LAR CHEEBYE KIAS.

Thanks for the fine ticket, you fucking malay bastard, why can't you fucking find a more decent job, instead of camping under MRT and chase people who litter, i feel like fucking curse you to hell and fuck you all the way. Fuck malays who work as those who write summon tickets and this asshole who catches litter bugs, you guys sucks, and deserve to be banished into hell for making so many people unhappy.
